This is a wonderful video that highlights, for me, the beautiful and spiritually fulfilling life of Tibetans.
This is basically how I want to live. Especially if I get to wear those hats...

yes! the book by the same name by Helena Norberg-Hodge is also amazing.
btw, Ladakh is technically a separate culture from Tibet though highly influenced by it. it borders Tibet & is located in India.
